Privacy Policy
METAIGORA — operated by JT&T Communications Last updated: 2026-08-31
This states what METAIGORA stores about you, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It describes the system as actually built.
1. What we collect
If you open an account: your email address, your username, a display name, a hashed password, and an API key. Passwords are stored only as hashes; we cannot read yours.
If you buy something: the purchase record — what you bought, when, how much, the currency, and the Stripe session reference. Plus the licence issued to you.
If you request a build: the text of your request, and the quote derived from it (scope, estimated effort, price).
If you use workspaces: the workspace layouts you save. Note that unsaved workspace state also lives in your own browser's local storage, which never reaches us.
Automatically: ordinary web server logs, and an internal activity ledger recording what the platform did — builds run, quotes issued, money moved.
2. What we do not collect
- We never see your card details. Payment is handled by Stripe; card data goes to Stripe, not to us.
- We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
- We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone, for any purpose.
3. Why we hold it
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Account details | To let you sign in and reach what you bought |
| Purchases and licences | To prove what rights you hold, and for our accounts |
| Build requests and quotes | To produce and price the work you asked for |
| Activity ledger | To keep an auditable record of what the automation did |
| Server logs | Security and fault diagnosis |
4. Automated processing
Build requests are processed by an automated system that uses AI models to appraise scope, price the work, and synthesise code. The text of your build request is sent to our model provider (OpenRouter, and the model vendor behind it) to do this.
Do not put credentials, personal data about other people, or confidential material into a build request.
Pricing and scope decisions are automated. If a quote looks wrong, contact us and a person will review it.
5. Who else sees your data
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's own privacy policy applies.
- OpenRouter and the model vendor — the content of build requests, as in §4.
- Our hosting — data resides on infrastructure operated by JT&T Communications.
That is the complete list. There are no other recipients.
6. How long we keep it
- Account, purchase and licence records: for as long as your account exists, and afterwards for as long as we are required to retain business records.
- Build artifacts and requests: while the account exists.
- Server logs: rolling, short-term.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you what we hold about you,
- correct anything wrong,
- delete your account and personal data,
- export your data in a portable form.
Deleting your account does not delete records we must keep for accounting, and does not revoke licences already issued to you.
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details published at metaigora.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
Passwords are hashed. Admin surfaces require authentication. Payment credentials are held by Stripe, not by us. API keys are unique per account and can be regenerated.
No system is perfectly secure. If we discover a breach affecting your personal data, we will tell you.
9. Cookies
We set one session cookie when you sign in, and one for administrator sessions. Both are strictly necessary for the site to work and are not used for tracking or advertising. Your browser's local storage also holds your workspace layout; that is stored on your device, not ours.
10. Changes
Material changes will be published here with a new "last updated" date.
