Terms and Conditions

METAIGORA — operated by JT&T Communications Last updated: 2026-08-31

These terms govern the purchase and use of software deliverables from metaigora.com. By buying a deliverable or opening a subscription you agree to them.

1. What you are buying

METAIGORA sells two things, and they are not the same:

  • A deliverable — a one-off purchase of a specific software package, priced per listing.
  • A subscription — a monthly plan that includes a number of build projects and, separately, grants resale rights (see §3).

A deliverable is supplied as source code with its tests and documentation.

2. Standard licence — every purchase

Every completed purchase grants a Standard Licence:

  • Use the deliverable for a single commercial deployment, in your own business or for one named end client.
  • Modify it freely for that deployment.
  • Keep it indefinitely. The licence does not expire, and it does not lapse if your subscription later does.

The Standard Licence does not permit resale, sub-licensing, white-labelling, or redistribution of the deliverable or derivative works.

3. Resale rights — active subscribers only

Resale rights are a subscription benefit. A deliverable purchased while you hold an active subscription is issued under a licence that additionally permits you to:

  • Commercially monetise, white-label, bundle or resell the deliverable and derivative works,
  • to unlimited end clients or third-party buyers,
  • without royalty obligations to METAIGORA.

Three points on how this is applied, because they are the ones that decide real cases:

  1. Entitlement is assessed at the moment of purchase. The licence issued with a purchase reflects your subscription status at that time.
  2. Rights already granted are permanent. If your subscription later lapses or is cancelled, deliverables you bought while it was active keep their resale rights. We do not retroactively downgrade a licence you have paid for.
  3. A lapsed subscription grants nothing new. Purchases made while your subscription is inactive, past due, or cancelled receive the Standard Licence only.

Your issued licence document is the authoritative record of which rights apply to which purchase. Every licence states its type explicitly.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details; Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself. Prices are shown in USD and charged in USD.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period, and it does not revoke licences already issued to you.

5. How deliverables are produced

Deliverables are generated by an automated build system with AI code synthesis, and are checked before listing: the package must compile, its declared dependencies must resolve, its tests must run, and it must contain no unimplemented stubs or unreachable modules. A build that fails those checks is not listed for sale.

This is a real quality gate, but it is not a warranty of fitness for your particular purpose. See §6.

6. Warranty and liability

Deliverables are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JT&T Communications' total liability arising from a deliverable or subscription is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing and securing any deliverable before deploying it, particularly where it handles personal data, payments, or safety- relevant functions.

7. Refunds

If a deliverable does not run as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase with the details. Where we cannot repair or replace it, we refund it.

Subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of the first charge if no build credits have been used.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use METAIGORA to commission software intended to break the law, attack systems you do not own, harvest personal data without a lawful basis, or impersonate a person or organisation. We may refuse or cancel a build request on those grounds and refund it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be published here with a new "last updated" date, and will not apply retroactively to licences already issued.
